Jill has extensive experience practicing business litigation, with a focus on business divorces, creditors’ rights, fraudulent transfer claims, and a wide variety of matters that arise from asset and property management. She recently established new precedent from the Georgia Supreme Court regarding a lender’s ability to pursue a guarantor despite failing to confirm a foreclosure sale of the collateral. Jill has also recently argued before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and obtained an order affirming summary judgment in a race discrimination case.
